Curved stair treads and radius handrail

This project took us about 4 week to do. We had to do several things that were a challenge . The first was to build a steam box to bend the handrail.
The second thing we had to do was build a form to wrap the handrail around once the handrail was steamed.
After the handrail gets steamed it gets immediately clamp to the form.
After 24hrs of setting dry in the forms it is ready for gluing.  The handrail pieces receives glue and then places back in the forms at the site location for tweaking and bending into location as needed. Wait another 24hrs. and remove form forms and clean up.
What the handrail looks like before it gets steamed and glued.
End results.
White oak handrail with a dark stain, Hammered wrought iron balusters and a #3010 newel post with a twist.
The finished product.

We built this from scratch on site. It took about 3 week to build and some of the challenges was getting a tight radius on the handrail.
